I’m new to LuxePop. Which set should I order?
Start with our 24-Piece Full Set! You’ll receive 24 nails across 12 sizes, making it easy to find your perfect fit without measuring beforehand.
Once you’ve found your sizes, save them with LuxeFit™ and enjoy personalised Perfect 10™ reorders.
What’s the difference between a 24-piece set and Perfect 10™?
24-Piece Full Set: 24 nails across 12 sizes. Perfect for first-time customers or trying a new shape or length.
Perfect 10™: A personalised 10-nail set made using your saved nail sizes. Perfect for reordering your favourite designs or trying something new.
What is LuxeFit™?
LuxeFit™ is our nail sizing system that makes reordering effortless.
Find your perfect sizes using a 24-piece set, then save them through our QR code sizing form.
Next time you shop, you can order Perfect 10™ in your saved sizes. Measure once, wear many.
How long do LuxePop nails last?
With proper preparation and application, LuxePop nails can last up to 14 days when applied with nail glue.
Wear time varies depending on your natural nails, application technique and everyday activities.
Adhesive tabs are also included for shorter-term wear.
Are LuxePop nails reusable?
Absolutely! Our press-ons are designed to be worn again and again.
Gentle removal and proper care help preserve your nails for future wear.
What’s included in my order?
Your LuxePop set comes with an application kit containing nail glue, adhesive tabs, a nail file and buffer, a cuticle stick and a prep wipe.

How do I apply my nails?
It’s easier than you think!
- Gently push back your cuticles.
- Lightly buff your natural nails and cleanse with the prep wipe.
- Choose the press-on that best fits each nail.
- Apply nail glue or adhesive tabs.
- Press each nail firmly into place.
For the best glue hold, avoid getting your nails wet for at least an hour after application.
How long does application take?
Most customers can apply their LuxePop nails in around 5–10 minutes, once they’ve selected their sizes.
No salon appointment, curing lamp or drying time needed.
How do I remove my press-ons?
Never pull or force them off.
Apply cuticle oil around the edges to help loosen the adhesive, then soak your nails in warm, soapy water and oil. Gently work around the edges as the adhesive releases.
Repeat as needed. If a nail isn’t lifting easily, continue soaking rather than forcing it.
Will press-on nails damage my natural nails?
Press-ons can be a gentler alternative to some salon enhancements when applied and removed correctly.
The most important thing is never forcing removal, as this can damage your natural nails.
What shapes and lengths are available?
Our available shapes and lengths vary by design, with options including Extra Short, Short and Medium.

What if I’m between nail sizes?
We recommend choosing the slightly larger size and gently filing the sides for a comfortable fit.
Your press-on should sit neatly against your natural nail without pressing into the surrounding skin.
Are LuxePop nails handmade?
Yes! LuxePop nails are handcrafted in Australia with attention to fit, finish and detail.
We create salon-inspired designs you can enjoy without the appointment.
Can I save money when buying multiple sets?
Of course! Build your nail wardrobe and save:

How long does shipping take?
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days.
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking details are provided when your order is dispatched.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Enjoy free standard shipping on Australian orders over $50 AUD.
Available shipping options and final charges are shown at checkout.
Can I return my nails?
For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns of opened or used nail sets for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.
