We currently ship within Australia.

 

All LuxePop orders are carefully packed and dispatched from Queensland.

Processing Time

 

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days
  • As all sets are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods

Standard Shipping

  • Tracked
  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

 

Express Shipping

  • $19.95 AUD
  • Tracked
  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location and Australia Post.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used nail sets.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We’ll always do our best to resolve this quickly.

Sizing Issues

If you’re unsure about sizing, we recommend reviewing our Size Guide before ordering.

If your size isn’t quite right, please reach out — we’re happy to help where possible.

 

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed to Australia Post, LuxePop is not responsible for delays or lost parcels.

However, we’re always happy to assist with tracking enquiries.
